use:

Glycocholate sodium salt is a conjugated bile salt and ionic biodetergent. Biochemical research; lipase accelerator; anion remover for protein solubilization; preparation of bacterial culture medium (intestinal bacterial culture and isolation)

application:

Glycholic acid is the primary conjugated bile acid in organisms and is the main component of bile acids. It undergoes primary biotransformation in liver cells and combines with glycine in the liver to form primary conjugated bile acids. Under normal circumstances, the concentration of GCA in serum is stable. When liver disease occurs, the concentration of GCA increases, which can be used as a sensitive liver function indicator to reflect the severity of liver disease. Glycocholate can significantly inhibit the activity of proteolytic enzymes in the nasal mucosa, reduce the degradation rate of insulin in the mucosa, and inhibit the activity of proteolytic enzymes in the entire respiratory tract to a certain extent. At the same time, sodium glycocholate is also an important excipient for the preparation of solid preparations such as liposomes and lipid microspheres.
